Log Cabin Long Vest

A few years back I had a chance to fulfill one of my aspirations to create a show where garments were made reflecting traditional quilt genre. Since I like simple patterns I chose the log cabin block. I chose to piece log cabins along with bottom edge and accent with red piping. Some of the features on the vest are stack buttons for closure, a variety of black and white fabrics as well as black solid fabrics.
