Apron Wrap Dress

I wanted to experiment with a simple apron wrap pattern and I also wanted to use more African Ankara fabric in a pieced panel. I built the central panel using some Seminole piecing and other strip piecing techniques. I kept the African continent and yellow diamond shape whole to better feature them then added more Ankara fabric to create the back and sides. It can be worn as a sun dress, with a tee shirt under or as an apron.
