Amish Bars "Off the Bed - On the Back"

Once again, I found myself with a great idea but not enough lifetimes to execute it. After more than 8 years of pondering and planning it was time to call on my friends and other like-minded artists to get a job done. The title says part of it; my vision was that each garment would represent a distinct and immediately recognizable quilt style. I invited each participant to take a traditional quilt style off the bed, shape and interpret it as a coat or a long vest and maintain its integrity. This coat was my contribution.
