Christmas Plaids

This coat is total Christmas impulse. I walked into a fabric store and saw a plaid group of fabrics and walked out wanting to create a Christmas coat. I considered another charming set of Christmas fabrics called Hustle and Bustle, that I had purchased as a fat eight-pack and decided that the plaids and Hustle and Bustle would play well together. Upon creating a Christmas tree border, decorating the trees, appliqueing a string of lights, adding some charms, and using some vintage glass buttons, I was ready for Christmas 2023.
