Vest Making Class Tuesdays Online

Course Description

Join Rachel for her 2-part online workshop and she will guide you in crafting a vest either from her “Picture This” Vest pattern or your own vest pattern. The class will explore building a vest around a batik panel, large-scale novelty or pictorial fabric block, quilt block, mola, ethnic textile or other centerpiece. Rachel will teach the sewing techniques needed to construct a vest from a pattern and help you to use the vest itself to frame a picture. So, picture….this: whatever you imagine! Students will work at their own pace with input from Rachel throughout the process. This class is appropriate for most skill levels from beginner to advanced.
